​1) Any Patron, or Vendor, Caught Stealing Any Type of Merchandise, at Any of Our Events, will Receive a Lifetime

Ban from All of Our Future Trade Shows.

WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THEFT OF ANY KIND, No Matter How Large or Small, the Value of the Item(s).

2) Vendors who Reserve a Table, and Cancel that Request within 48 Hours, are REQUIRED TO PAY A $50 CANCELLATION FEE Before Their Next Event with us.

3) Vendors Selling Any Type of Memorabilia, Through Any Company Besides JSA, PSA, TriStar, Steiner, Beckett, Fanatics, or a Panini Affiliated Brand, Must be Willing to Give 

Customers a 30-Day Refund, on Any Items, that May be Regarded as "Non-Authentic."

4) We Do Not Allow Vendors to Sell Any Type of "Reprint" or "Non-Licensed" Cards, Without Proper Clarification to the Customer as such; Counterfeit Cards of Any Nature are Not Permitted at Our Shows!

5) When you Register for Tables, Please Understand that You are Committing to Remain Set Up as a Vendor, During the Scheduled Show Hours.

We Understand that Sometimes Trade Shows Can Become Stagnant During the Last Few Hours, But in All Fairness, We Have an Obligation to our Customers, Even Those Who May Not be Able to Arrive Until Late. 

Unless Prior Arrangements Have Been Made to "Pack Up" Early for Certain Appointments, or an Emergency has Taken Precedence During the Show, it is Imperative for All Vendors to Honor Their Commitment.

6) Because We Value and Try Hard to Protect the Privacy of our Vendors, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, IS SOLICITATION OF OUR VENDORS PERMITTED DURING OUR EVENTS! 

Anyone Caught Handing out Flyers for Competing Shows, or Trying to Obtain Emails, Phone Numbers, etc. from our Vendors, will be Asked to Leave the Premises Immediately.

7) We Value Your Feedback on our Social Media Platforms, and Strive to Make our Events Better from the Opinions of our Vendors and Guests; However, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL WE TOLERATE CURSING, OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR BLATANTLY FALSE, UNTRUE OR INCORRECT COMMENTS from Anyone, Including Competitors (or Associates of Competitors) "Trolling the Internet" Making False Claims.

Such Behavior will Result in a Permanent Bans from our Events and Blocking on Social Media Platforms.

8) We Strive Hard to Accommodate Each Vendor and Any "Special Requests" they may have (Such as Requesting a Table Near a Wall Outlet, or Multiple Tables in a Straight Line).  However, Such Requests CANNOT ALWAYS BE GUARANTEED when Booking Tables at our Events! 

Due to Limited Space or Limited Tables at Some Locations, Certain Requests may not be Possible, However, our Staff will Make Every Effort Possible to Fulfill Requests Before or During our Events!
